To support the development and expansion of its network in Ireland, Vodafone will create 113 new jobs across its business. Fifty-seven of these new positions will be permanent, with a further 51 including contract roles and five graduate recruits.

The new jobs include positions in HR, finance, customer service, technology and networks, and sales and marketing. Currently the company has 1,100 permanent employees in the Republic of Ireland and will be recruiting candidates from entry to managerial level. Most of the contract positions will last one year and will begin from 1 April.
According to Anne O’Leary, CEO of Vodafone Ireland, to meet the increasing customer demand for mobile, broadband and data services, Vodafone have to embarked on a major nationwide network investment programme while also delivering new converged fixed and mobile services.
