Intelsat Begins Leadership Transition

Intelsat is preparing for a change at the top. The satellite operator has appointed current Intelsat President and chief commercial officer Stephen Spengler as deputy chief executive officer. Under its succession plan, Intelsat chairman and chief executive officer David McGlade will transition to the position of executive chairman as of April 1, 2015.
